How to Fulfill Orders More Efficiently with SourcinBox?

It usually takes a long time to dropship products from China to customers in other countries. Many of our customers care about the specific processing time, shipping times, and tracking numbers of their orders. This blog will tell you some tips to make order fulfillment more efficient with SourcinBox.

Tip 1: Shortening The Processing Time

 

Our regular processing time is 3-5 days. Because we need at least 2-3 days to source and purchase the products to our warehouse. After that, we will check the quality of the products and pack them, which will take 1-2 days. The time depends on the product quantity. Anyway, we will ship the packages as soon as possible.

If you have stable orders, we recommend you to buy inventories 3-5 days in advance to store in our free warehouse. So that we can ship out within 24 hours when you have orders for the inventory products, which will make the processing time faster. 

Tip 2: Choosing The Right Shipping Method

 

The shipping time depends on the delivery country, product category, and shipping method you choose.

To North American and European countries, there are more shipping options than to other countries. CNE Express, Yun Express, UBI, 4PX, Yanwen, ePacket, USPS, DHL are the most commonly used shipping methods. They all have fast shipping times. Just choose the one with the faster shipping time and a lower rate.


 

For batteries and liquid products, we have special shipping lines. Yanwen and Yun Express are the most commonly used.

 

 

If you don’t want to use the default shipping method or change the shipping method manually, the more efficient way is to set up shipping rules for your store orders. You can customize the different shipping methods to different countries, the amount and freight limit of each order, sequence of your shipping rules.

Tip 3: Tracking The Shipping Status Of Your Orders

 

You can check the status of your orders in the section ”SourcinBox Orders”.




Once the products are shipped, the tracking numbers of your orders will update to the SourcinBox app, your store, and the email box of your customers. You can track the shipping status on 17track by the tracking numbers you got.

 




If you would like to use other tracking URLs instead of the 17track URL to send tracking information to your customers, our app allows you to choose or customize whichever URL you want to use. You could choose different tracking URLs for different stores connected with SourcinBox app.




If your order has not been shipped for a long time, or the tracking information cannot be found after shipment, please feel free to contact your customer manager in time for more details.
