How to Work with SourcinBox?

Step 1: Create An Account of SourcinBox APP

 

A customer manager code is not mandatory for signing up. But if you don't have any yet, please contact us to get one to enjoy 1-on-1 customer service provided by a customer manager who helps you with all matters.

Step 2: Login SourcinBox APP 

 

Please login with the email address, not the username.

 

Step 3: Add Your Store To the APP

 

Add Shopify stores: How to connect Shopify store with SourcinBox app.

Add WooCommerce stores: How to connect WooCommerce store with SourcinBox app.

For eBay, Amazom, or other stores, you can place orders manually with datasheets on SourcinBox app.

 

Step 4: Get A Customer Manager

 

Please contact us via Facebook Messenger, Skype (ID: yhbtx007), WeChat (ID: yhbtx007), email (support@sourcinbox.com), or Whatsapp to get a customer manager.

 

Or if you already have a customer manager code, please enter the code on the dashboard of SourcinBox APP. You'll see the contact info of your customer manager.

 

Step 5: Product Sourcing

 

We source products already with orders regularly placed on a daily or weekly basis. We aren't able to process random products without orders.

Please send us your sourcing requests on SourcinBox APP. It's better to send us AliExpress product links or your store links, so we can check the product details to find exactly the same products.


We will source the products from suppliers (factories) and add them to the APP for you to check the prices and other details.

Step 6: Product Connecting

 

1. If you import products to your store from the marketplace of SourcinBox APP, the products are connected with SourcinBox automatically.


2. If the products already exist in your store, but are disconnected, then please contact your customer manager for connection requests to connect the products.

When you confirm the connection requests on APP, the disconnected products will show as connected, so that the orders of the products will be synced to the SourcinBox APP automatically. 


Step 7: Order & Payment

 

When orders are synced to the APP (in "Manage Orders-SourcinBox Orders" section), you can make instant payment by PayPal, PIX, or SourcinBox balance.
To recharge (top-up) your SourcinBox balance, please use PayPal, Payoneer, PIX, Boleto, or Wire Transfer.

Step 8: Fulfillment

 

Upon your payment, we will purchase products from manufacturers and process your orders.
The order processing time before shipment:
24 hours, with prepaid inventory kept in our warehouse;
3-5 days, without the inventory in our warehouse.


Step 9: Order Tracking

 

When parcels are shipped out from our warehouse, tracking numbers will be uploaded to your store automatically, which triggers Shopify/ Woocommerce to send fulfillment notification emails to your customers.
A notification email contains a link with the tracking number.


Step 10: After-sales Service (Support Ticket)

 

Please let us know the order issues by contacting your customer manager or opening a support ticket.
